Frequently Asked Questions

Will every dog learn to use it?

No. Learning speed and willingness vary, so introduce it gradually and never withhold the regular water bowl.

Can I leave the tap on while away?

Unattended pressurised hose setups can leak or fail. Follow local water restrictions, inspect the installation and provide a dependable separate water source.

Is a hose included?

The supplied listing does not confirm the complete hose contents; review product images and your fitting requirements.
