To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. Some items, such as personal care or hygiene products, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

To start a return, simply contact our support team at info@easybargains.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
