Extend a Compatible Car Visor Into a Low-Sun Gap

Attach this tinted drop-down panel to a suitable factory sun visor to provide an additional shaded viewing area when low-angle sunlight sits below the original visor.

Tinted drop-down car sun-visor extender

Adjustable Supplement to the Original Visor

Elastic straps secure the accessory to a compatible visor, allowing the tinted panel to fold down when needed and return upward when it is not. The supplier describes PU, PC and an acrylic polarising film, but UV-protection performance and polarisation certification are not documented in Shopify data.

Measure Before Ordering

Factory visors differ in size, thickness, shape, mirror placement and airbag labelling. Compare the product images with your visor and measure it before purchase. Fit for “most cars, SUVs and trucks” is not guaranteed.

Install and Test While Parked

  1. Read the vehicle handbook and confirm accessories are permitted on the visor.
  2. Fit the straps securely without covering warning labels or mirrors.
  3. Adjust the panel while parked and confirm it holds position.
  4. Check visibility through and around the panel in daylight before driving.
  5. Fold it away whenever conditions do not require it.

Critical Visibility Safety

This accessory cannot make unsafe glare conditions safe. Never use it if the panel is scratched, cloudy, distorted, loose or reduces your ability to see traffic, signals, pedestrians or road hazards. Do not use at night, in tunnels, fog, rain or other low-light conditions. Do not adjust it while driving, and remove it if it interferes with airbags, the mirror, visor movement or any required warning label. Wear suitable sunglasses and stop safely if glare prevents clear vision. Check local road and vehicle-modification rules before use.
