Food-Safety and Care Guidance

An insulated bag slows temperature change but does not actively heat, cool or refrigerate food. Pack hot and cold items separately, minimise transport time and follow applicable food-safety requirements. Use suitable ice packs for chilled contents where appropriate.

Do not place unpackaged food directly against the lining. Keep containers upright and properly sealed, avoid overloading the handles, and do not use the bag for sharp or leaking items.

Wipe spills promptly with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then leave the bag fully open to air-dry. Do not machine wash or immerse unless the supplied care instructions specifically permit it.
