1. Clean and dry the mannequin practice area.
2. Peel one strip from its backing and position it along the training eyelid.
3. Practise your chosen extension technique using suitable training tools and products.
4. Remove the strip carefully and dispose of it when the adhesive or fibres are no longer suitable for practice.

These strips are intended for mannequin-based training and teaching. Do not apply them to a person’s eyelids or use the built-in adhesive on skin. Any separate lash adhesive, remover or tool should be used strictly according to its own manufacturer instructions.
