We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. If the item is defective, please kindly send an image or video of the item in your email. This will help us speed up the process and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, please provide the following:

2. If both the outer packaging and inner item are damaged: Clear photos/videos of both the outer packaging and inner item damage.
