Operation: Manual hand crank with graduated thickness control

1. Place the slicer on a clean, dry, smooth and level bench; engage the suction base and confirm it cannot slide.
2. Fit and lock every component according to the supplied instructions, then select the required thickness.
3. Use the supplied food support or guard where provided. Keep fingers, jewellery, loose clothing and hair clear of the blade.
4. Turn the crank slowly without forcing food through the cutter.
5. After use, secure the blade, dismantle only as instructed and clean the food-contact parts.
