How to Use the Dog Training Collar Properly?

Safety Information

  1. Read the user manual carefully. Know how to operate the collar before trying it on your dog.
  2. Start Training Your Dog. Start at beep mode, then vibration mode, if the dog doesn't respond, strong vibration mode is the last choice. Meanwhile, start at the lowest level of every mode then slowly turn to the next level until the dog has a response.
  3. Do not attach the dog leashes to this collar.The training collar is not a regular traction collar. Do not connect a leash directly to the training collar. Doing so during pulling may hurt the dog due to protruding the contact points and will directly damage the collar.
  4. When fitting it, please be sure you can put a finger in between the receiver collar and the dog's neck.
  5. Not used for training puppies younger than 6 months. Recommended for medium and large dogs above 10 lbs.
  6. If the hair is too long at the dog’s neck, it may cause the receiver not to be able to fully contact the skin. It is recommended to properly trim the hair.
  7. Please avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day, and please try to re-position the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Repeat and reinforce commands to understand. Reward their good behavior you wanted.
  9. Check the dog's skin condition every day.
