A qualified installer should confirm the wall structure, hidden pipes/wiring and correct anchors. The included plugs may not suit every wall. Mount level, tighten all fixings, then test gradually below the lower 45lb stated limit. Wet laundry is heavy; distribute it evenly and never climb, pull or hang from the rack.
